My Client is a global MNC with a diverse product offering across the specialty chemicals space. They are seeking to hire a mid to senior level commercial legal counsel to support an expanding business. This will also be an ideal role for practicing lawyers looking to transit inhouse. On job training to be provided with best in class onboarding process.
The Role
You will:
- Have at least 5 -10 PQE, SG qualified with good law firm training experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (ranging from tax, competition, insurance, INCO Trade shipping and liability)
- Contentious or general corporate background, commodity or crude trade experience preferred
- Possess a great personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate and learn
