Develop partnerships between the program office and the delivery teams to support financial and reporting visibility

Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Project Finance Specialist to work on a large transformation program.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the forward planning process by ensuring decisions will drive (technology) strategy and roadmap by focusing on the following areas:

Reporting & Measurement
  • Support on the elaboration of program scorecards, developing appropriate digital metrics assessing performance and digital maturity
  • Create and manage key metric reporting, providing meaningful insights on sales and project performance
  • Financial Analysis and adoption reporting to highlight benefit realisation
Communication & Partnerships
  • Develop partnerships between the project office and the delivery teams to ensure a consistent view of capability roadmap
  • Report on performance and benefit realisation
  • Enable clarity across the program road map on strategic priorities
