  • Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
  • Buyside / Fund, looking for 2-5 years of financial modelling experience
  • Budget: SGD 70-110K base per annum + VB on top of base pay
 
Responsibilities would include:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for the assets
  • Financial modelling and forecasting for investments, provide financial analysis of investments, valuation, decision support, participating in performance management, and reporting for the investments and funds managed by the firm
  • Preparing quarterly valuation reports
  • Portfolio analysis, strategy, supporting investment and portfolio risk mitigation, support optimisation activities and communicating portfolio financial performance across business functions and to senior management
  • Provide detailed analytics to all stakeholders and including co-investors
  • Participate in refinancing and divestment processes
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, project finance, deal execution, transaction advisory
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial insights to stakeholders
