Our client is a fast-growing, innovative European MNC in the video, collaboration, and communications space. Based in Singapore, we seek a Presales Consultant for the Asia markets.
The key focus includes determining multiple design alternatives for the company’s meetings, visualization, collaboration, and command and control systems. Assessing such alternatives based on user/client needs, the company’s design philosophy, identified constraints (such as cost, schedule, space, power, safety, usability, reliability, maintainability, availability, etc.), and selecting the most suitable options for further detailed design. Finalize detailed design and as required, present the solution internally and to the client/customer for acceptance prior to implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of Design (HoD) to track and coordinate workload activities in your region
Communicate with pre-sales entities in your region to advocate solution proposals
Ensure processes are adhered to within the Presales handover and design team
Track work activities and progress of each team member to ensure on-time effort is applied
Provide Presales QA process to ensure SOW, High-level design, and associated documentation are relevant and adequate
From time-to-time act as a project manager, including all aspects such as project scheduling, communication with customers, documentation, and preparation of backup for invoicing
Participate in continuous improvement projects for the Presales and design team
Required Competencies, Skills & Qualifications:
Degree qualified with a strong technical background in electro, electronics, or automation
3-5 years of relevant work experience in the AV industry
