The Role:
My client is a leading global fund house and we are looking for a highly experienced Physical Security and Resiliency Lead to oversee the function in Asia. This is a new headcount in the firm, and we are looking for a seasoned leader to build and lead the function from Singapore.  

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the firm’s physical security strategy across all offices and facilities
  • Spearhead Business Continuity and Crisis Management framework.
  • Implement Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and maintain up-to-date Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
  • Oversee access control, surveillance, incident response protocols, and visitor management.
  • Partner with building/property management to ensure appropriate security measures are in place.
  • Act as the lead coordinator during crises or critical incidents, ensuring effective response and recovery efforts.
 
You must:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 10 years of experience Physical Security and Resiliency in a large organization – ideally in Financial Services.
  • Strong project management experience and proven record in implementation of new strategies.
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
