The Role:
My Client is a global Brokerage Firm and we are recruiting for an Operational Risk Manager to join the team in Singapore. You will be overseeing all APAC ORM risk-related matters and working with the Business Leaders on policies across Asia.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and spearhead new Operational Risk policies for the business
  • Conduct RCSA and Risk Assessments, and identify any gaps within the business
  • Implement and design new processes within the Risk team
  • Mitigate and provide Risk Advisory to the senior stakeholders
  • Maintain and build a Risk culture in the firm
 
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a reputable university
  • At least 5 years of Operational Risk experience – ideally from a Financial Services firm
  • Well rounded ORM experience RCSA / KRIs / Risk and Control etc
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
