The Role:
Our client is looking for a Manager, Legal & Secretariat to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the company secretary for the Group, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Companies Act, Business Trust Act, and SGX Listing Rules. Your responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating corporate secretarial matters, organizing board and committee meetings, handling AGM/EGM arrangements, and maintaining records and filings. 

Requirements:
  • LLB(Hons), admitted to the Bar or ICSA Professional Corporate Secretarial qualifications or equivalent.
  • Min 8 to 10 years or relevant working experience. In-house experience in companies/business trusts/REITs is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and minutes-writing skills are essential.
  • Proactive team player attitude, capable of working independently and quickly understanding various businesses
