The team advises leading international corporations and private equity funds on complex M&A, joint venture, disposal and restructuring transactions.
 
Requirements
  • 2+ PQE Qualified Lawyer with Solid M&A Experience
  • Hong Kong or Common Law Qualification
  • Proficient in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
