Client Details:
An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected law firm with a strong corporate practice. They are currently seeking an HR Assistant to join their HR team.

Description:
  • Serves as the main contact for staff queries on HR topics such as benefits and leave, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
  • Updates employee records and supports key HR processes, including onboarding, internal moves, and visa-related matters.
  • Works closely with system teams and HQ to troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues and escalations.
  • Maintains compliance with internal policies and assists in preparing HR-related reports.
  • Provides general support to the regional HR team, contributing to projects, meetings, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources would be an advantage
  • Opens to fresh graduate with HR internship work experiences
  • Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure. 
  • Good interpersonal and language skills (both Chinese and English) for internal & external communications and engagement
