The Role:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Legal Counsel to join their team. This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes legal matters within a multinational corporate environment, particularly in the EPCC, petrochemical, and oil and gas sectors. You will also provide expert legal advice, negotiation support, and oversight in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including project finance agreements, contracts, and project documentation.

Requirements:
  • LLB (Hons), admitted to the Singapore Bar or Commonwealth Jurisdictions
  • At least 8 to 10 years PQE or of relevant experience preferably experience in projects, engineering, EPCC, petrochemical, or oil and gas industries is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive team player attitude, capable of working independently and quickly understanding various businesses.
