The Role:
Join our client, a fast-growing global sports retail company, as a Regional Legal Counsel for their Southeast Asia International Business. You’ll serve as a trusted legal advisor, providing strategic support on business operations, commercial initiatives, and market expansion across the region. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with exposure to high-impact legal and corporate matters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a reputable institution; Singapore law qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a top law firm or in-house legal role, preferably in the retail, sports products, or apparel industry.
  • Expertise in M&A, data privacy, brand marketing, commercial contracts, and franchise operations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
