The Role:
Join our client, a multinational commodities firm with a global footprint, vertically integrated and established legal team in place. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for a wide variety of legal matters not limited to shipping and mergers & acquisitions. You will be part of a collegial team environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable institution; qualified lawyer
At least 15 years of experience in a top law firm or in-house role, preferably in the commodities and agri industry
Expertise in banking and finance, mergers & acquisition, supply chain
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
