The Role:
Our client is a leading UK law firm law firm in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a mid-level banking and finance lawyer in their well-established banking team. You will be working with an experienced team and advising banks, financial institutions and corporates on a wide range of complex, high-profile and highly structured financing transactions across the Asia region.
Requirements:
- Hong Kong or common law legal qualification
- Solid training and experience in general banking and finance, acquisition finance or structured finance
