We are seeking a visionary leader with deep expertise in healthcare policy and market access to step into a mission-critical role. You will drive high-level engagement with government, industry, and internal leadership—helping to shape long-term access strategies and support sustainable healthcare innovation across APAC.
 
In this high-impact role, you will:
  • Define and lead the regional access policy agenda across multiple APAC markets
  • Influence value frameworks, funding mechanisms, and reimbursement pathways
  • Represent the organization in senior external forums and industry coalitions
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to align strategy with stakeholder expectations
  • Anticipate policy shifts and proactively shape the environment for innovation and access

What you bring:
  • 15+ years of senior experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, or market access
  • Strong track record in APAC healthcare systems and stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional ability to influence at senior levels—both internally and externally
  • Strategic foresight, business acumen, and comfort navigating complex regulatory landscapes
