Our client is a leading PRC law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a corporate associate in their dynamic corporate team in Hong Kong. You and the team will be advising leading international, PRC and local corporations on a wide spectrum of corporate transactions including IPOs, private M&A and Hong Kong listed company compliance matters, including Connected and Notifiable Transactions.
Requirements:
- NQ to 2 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
- Extension training and experience in the corporate practice
- Excellent command in both English and Chinese
