Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key banking clients is currently seeking a Collateral and Product Specialist. The position is a 18 month fixed term engagement, offering an attractive salary of up to $120,000 + Super.
 
As a valued team member of a highly collaborative team, you’ll have the chance to work with different stakeholders (including Product, Digital, Risk, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Transformation teams) to scope, prioritise and deliver improvement initiatives.

Ideally you will have exposure to product management, change and communication management with a background in banking and finance.  Lending experience would be amazing, but not essential.

The position focus includes:
  • Manage product collateral changes to support product initiatives including internal and external communications
  • Maintain collateral across intranet sites, websites, and all other repositories of product information.
  • Identify and implement ongoing simplification and digitisation of product collateral
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements
  • Identification of process or product improvement
  • Provide support through the Collateral Change process to those initiating collateral changes
  • Deliver collateral training on processes, ownership, and accountability to key stakeholders
  • Work with external business partners including design agencies and mail houses.
  • Work with internal stakeholders including Product, Digital, Risk, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Transformation teams.
  • Assist with the identification, management and closure of collateral related issues and incidents
Success metrics
  • Understanding of existing collateral.
  • Established point of contact for collateral changes.
  • Execute collateral changes within agreed timeframes.
  • Reduction in collateral related incidents and issues.
  • Digitisation and simplification.
