Our client is a renowned and growing Accounting & Financial Advisory practice located just kms East of Melbourne CBD. Currently there is a need for a Client Services Manager to come onboard, to support the Accounting team in managing the job workflow and ensuring compliance.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end job workflow on XPM for the Accounting Compliance team (local and overseas) and coordinate any meetings.
  • Manage new client onboarding process – including but not limited to preparation of engagement letters, tracking ethical responses and setting up client groups in XPM.
  • Management of weekly team meeting – including preparing agenda, minutes, monitoring actions.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of team KPI’s including productivity and WIP reports.
  • Preparation of collations and invoices.
  • Provide oversight for Corporate Secretarial work, ATO Communications and Lodgements.
  • Update procedure documents, and provide training to other team members on any updates.
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication between teams and also front and back office).
Skill Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Client Services support within a Public Practice.
  • Familiar with job management softwares and accounting systems such as Xero.
  • Self motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Good work ethics and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong administration and project management skills, with the ability to deliver to demanding deadlines.
