We are currently partnering with a Fintech organisation who are looking for a super talented and enthusiastic B2B Product Marketing Manager to help achieve their growth targets. This is a brand new role for the organisation who have had a fantastic year of growth, with the roadmap set for continued growth this role will have a critical part to play.
 
The Product Marketing Manager will report directly into the VP of Marketing and work hand in glove with the wider marketing function to support the Growth team achieve targets. The role will cover everything from the heavily intermediated enterprise (blue-chip) sales, through to the low touch SME inbound businesses as well as looking at distribution channels via Group relationship managers to commercial customers – it is vital that the candidate has a solid B2B background and understanding of account based marketing ideally within a SaaS environment.
 
The role will also look understanding of client personas, sectors and segments and alongside work with the Client Success Team to support and drive increased client engagement, retention and further cross-sell opportunities.
 

The Role:

  • Together with the Growth, Marketing and Product teams, educate both internal and external industry stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
  • Create marketing programs (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, app demos, website copy, blog posts,) that articulate the benefits of Cushon for employers and support the buyer’s journey throughout the sales funnel and through to account growth, from inbound low touch to account based marketing at the other end of the spectrum.
  • Provide sales enablement and support such new buyer personas, demand generation strategies, account-based marketing know how to make the Growth team as efficient as possible.
  • Work directly with the B2B campaign manager and the Marketing Operations team to compose, execute, and analyse the success of campaigns and sales sequences via HubSpot.
  • Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape both within pensions and broader financial services and help establish product differentiators.
  • Understand sales funnel measurement to help monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimisations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. And iterate on a continuous basis.
  • Work as part of a team developing customers into advocates to increase brand awareness and build a sense of community in our industry and with policy makers.
  • Reporting on and evaluating performance metrics monthly.


Requirements:

Essential:
 
  • At least 5 years B2B product marketing experience, possibly in a SaaS environment
  • Building product channels / funnels to increase sales conversions
  • Defining metrics / success - running campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with others to help build brand awareness and increase market share
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Articulate, numerate and reliable
