​Based in London, Lisa is a Senior Consultant for Ethos BeathChapman UK. Working alongside David, Lisa specialises in providing specialist change & transformation professionals and in doing so enabling stakeholders to define, articulate and execute business plans and strategies.

Lisa’s recruitment journey started 5 years ago when she was recruiting for highly technical and niche roles within Clinical Operations and Drug Development. In the years since she has worked across a broad array of industries including; Life Sciences, Biotech, Financial Services, Insurance, Technology, Telco, Transport and Private Equity on both national and international levels. Lisa has worked with global, corporate organisations, start-ups and scale-ups.

For the last 2 years, Lisa has focused on supporting clients with broad-spectrum change and transformation projects, with a particular focus on organisational change and HR functional change, but also including digital, data and operational transformation.
