The Role:
My Client is an Asian financial institution seeking to hire a junior to mid-level lawyer with corporate banking, cross border financing transaction experience.
You will have:
- 5-8 PQE with training in Corporate Banking (Commercial Loans) and finance
- Possess good understanding of banking products (Cross currency swaps, trade finance)
- Banking regulatory experience across bilateral, syndicated, project finance, subscription finance and trade finance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
