  • Relevant background in equity sales, client relationship management, and market analysis, with a particular focus on experience in Asia markets 

Responsibilities would include:
  • Support senior sales team members while actively engaging in client coverage and driving revenue growth
  • Assist in overseeing and growing the market share of institutional accounts within the Asia region
  • Build new client relationships while fostering and maintaining strong connections with existing institutional investors, asset managers, and hedge funds
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ strategies and market perspectives to deliver valuable market insights, trade recommendations, and investment strategies
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies to ensure full compliance

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in in any discipline
  • 1-3 (Analyst) / 3-6 (Associate) years of institutional equity sales experience in Asia regional markets
  • Good track record and relationship with institutional clients
  • Good investment and financial market knowledge of Asia equity markets
  • Sales driven, result-oriented, creative, dynamic, good team player and interpersonal skills
