Our client is one of the most reputable Financial Group / non-bank lender that specialises in bespoke residential and commercial loans for customers to meet their financial needs. Now experiencing tremendous growth national-wide, they are looking for Credit Analysts at different seniority levels to join their Sydney credit assessment team. 


Your Responsibilities:
  • Assess loans applications within the credit risk appetite and decision applications within your delegated lending authority.
  • Manage a pipeline of applications taking the customer on a seamless journey from Application through to Unconditional Approval.
  • Ensure all risk and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Meet the quality and performance expectations set out for the role.
  • Support your colleagues and contribute to the performance of your team.
  • Participate in credit process improvement initiatives to meet key operational business needs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of credit analyst’s (for Senior Credit Analysts only).

Our Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of credit assessment / analysis experience in financial institutions.
  • Experience in assessing prime / near prime / specialist loans (for Senior Credit Analysts only).
  • Bring positivity, energy and flexibility to help create a fun, energised and dynamic culture.
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing a pipeline of clients with multiple tasks & deadlines.
  • A strong passion for teamwork, collaboration, success and challenge.
  • Identify and provide solutions within credit policy/procedures (for Senior Credit Analysts only).
