Demand increases for those with business analysis experience with exposure to customer and business lending products.

Why?
Experienced BA's understand that banking compliance can be a form of government regulation that subjects banks to certain requirements, restrictions and guidelines, designed to create market transparency between banking institutions and the individuals and corporations with whom they conduct business, among other things.

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts who can work with stakeholders from senior executives, to operations and product teams to deliver banking products and services.  You will have the experience to address business focused customer and regulatory programs against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 
Engagements are initial 6 month rolling contracts offering competitive market rates.
 
Experience required for this role include:
  • 5+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking, ideally with banking product exposure 
  • Diverse stakeholder management and engagement with risk, compliance and product teams
  • Root cause and gap analysis
  • Process mapping and modelling
