This role will be responsible for developing and driving the delivery of workplace outcomes across the Property, working with key stakeholders such as asset management, Health Safety & Security and Country Property teams. We are looking for an outstanding individual who is committed to a data driven, human-centric approach to optimise space and improve the workplace experience and corporate real estate.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership to strategic partners
  • Provide leadership to the workplace team to deliver strategic priorities, outcomes and design in long term plans
  • Implementation of an efficient workplace operating model with clear processes and procedures
  • Identification of opportunities to improve the workplace model

Workplace Effectiveness and Experience
  • Identify opportunities that drive experience and space optimisation
  • Provide an integrated and consistent approach to workplace data and deliver value added workplace intelligence and insights such as occupancy tracking, headcount, utilisation and experience
  • Driving the Workplace Experience model and strategic agenda with global supply partnership stakeholders

Project & Design Management
  • Drive the performance of the Property PMO, project delivery, design model and strategic agenda with global supply partners
  • Provide assurance data, co-ordinate risk reporting and process governance updates

Regulation & Compliance
  • Responsible for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct across all applicable laws, regulation, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors Degree in Real Estate / Facilities Management or related fields
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities management / real estate
  • Strong experience with BI tools, Data Visualisation tools, analytics and Data Warehousing technologies
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities
  • Experienced in change management – developing, executing and governing the strategies
  • Effective influencing and communication skills
  • Regional experience across Asia
