The role is a newly created position due to expansion across the region. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will help to develop strong talent pipeline for the business.
The Role:
Talent and Market Mapping, identify strong and relevant talent pipeline across APAC
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand key business requirements and hiring needs
Using market intelligence to provide sound commercial advice to stakeholders and develop robust sourcing strategies
Driving exceptional high touch candidate experience and making sure our candidates are fully supported throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
Making sure that clear commitments and accountabilities are outlined with business stakeholders through clear and consistent communication
Building long lasting candidate relationships to enhance networking and referral opportunities
The Candidate:
4+ years of Recruiting, HR, or progressive relevant business experience (in-house or agency)
4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment
Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility in dealing with dynamic situations
Excellent sourcing skills utilizing different methods
Strong problem solving and communication skills
