Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an exceptional Recruiter to cover APAC.   Our client is a boutique Consulting firm with a global presence and a passion for learning and development. 

The role is a newly created position due to expansion across the region.    Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will help to develop strong talent pipeline for the business.

The Role:

  • Talent and Market Mapping, identify strong and relevant talent pipeline across APAC
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand key business requirements and hiring needs
  • Using market intelligence to provide sound commercial advice to stakeholders and develop robust sourcing strategies
  • Driving exceptional high touch candidate experience and making sure our candidates are fully supported throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Making sure that clear commitments and accountabilities are outlined with business stakeholders through clear and consistent communication
  • Building long lasting candidate relationships to enhance networking and referral opportunities

The Candidate:

  • 4+ years of Recruiting, HR, or progressive relevant business experience (in-house or agency) 
  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility in dealing with dynamic situations
  • Excellent sourcing skills utilizing different methods 
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
