- Leading Private Investment Funds Team with an US Law Firm
- Formation of Private Investment Funds (PE&VC Funds, Real Estate Funds, Hedge Funds etc.)
The Role:
Our client is an US law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking to take on a junior associate in their market-leading private investment funds team. You will work in a team of experienced investment funds lawyers. The team advises international and PRC financial institutions on the formation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, growth capital funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, hedge funds etc. You will also be advising on investment funds related regulatory and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified to 2 PQE
- US Qualification preferred, open to Hong Kong Qualification
- Training or experience in private investment funds is expected
- Open to re-tooling junior lawyers with M&A experience from top tier international law firms
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin is essential)
