Job Description

•    Lead China commercial operations in a matrix organization
•    Budget and implement expense plan 
•    Manage sales team to achieve revenue targets
•    Develop and execute marketing strategies
•    Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
•    Participate in strategic and product planning
•    Liaison with Customer Success team to make sure customers’ satisfaction
•    Initiate and facilitate external collaboration projects
•    Recruit and retain commercial team
•    Help team members’ career growth

The Successful Applicant
•    Bachelor's degree or above with a major in biochemistry, biology, bioengineering, and related fields preferred
•    Prior experience in leading and managing life science tool business in China with annual sales of $5-million or higher
•    Hands-on management style
•    Ability to travel extensively
•    Familiar with high end instruments and capital equipment sales
•    Understanding biotech, biopharma, CRO, CMO, CDMO and academic labs
•    Knowledge in antibody, gene, and cell therapies
•    Excellent communication skill
•    Proficiency in both spoken and written English
