Our client is looking at expanding their Communities and looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This role will work collaboratively with the Project Accounting Team and the Communities Finance Team to deliver project accounting and reporting for the Communities business. This includes delivering all aspects of project accounting and reporting activities as well as the preparation of other necessary report.

Deliverables;

  • End to end Project Accounting and Reporting activities.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial and external reporting requirements as well as providing system guidance.
  • Manage the implementation of changes and enhancements to systems and processes.
  • Identify and report continuous improvement initiatives in relation to the project accounting processes and systems.
  • Must have skills & experience;

  • CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent
  • Strong excel/system skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects, project accounting and reporting.
  • System experience should include TM1 (highly desirable) and Oracle (desirable).
  • Ability to act and operate independently.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Assignment is full time for just under 2 months (end date 31/07/2022) with the potential to be extended, based in Sydney office. Candidate will be expected in the office 2 days per week, the rest can be split between the office and WFH.
