Our Client (clinical trial software and analytics) has a vacancy for Customer Success Manager (remote), a customer-facing role to establish strong customer relationship, promote customer retention and drive customer satisfaction.
At the customer front, you are responsible for generating biostatistics / statistics technical solutions by ensuring the appropriate module are deployed to address customers’ business challenges, improve customers’ product experience, and provide product support (including ongoing product trainings) to the customers. Internally, you will support the Head of Customer Success to optimize internal processes, gather customers’ insights for product enhancement, customer communication and on-boarding frameworks, as well as implementing success programs for all products.
To be considered for this role, you hold a Master or Bachelor degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Biostatistics / Computer Information Systems or related field, with at least 5 years’ exposure in clinical trial projects in Life Sciences / Biotechnology industry. Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge in biostatistics / statistics are non-negotiable. Prior experience in handling technical sales, customer success function and product training are highly preferred.
