A global chemical company is looking to hire a Customer Service Lead for APAC. The role is based in Singapore and will lead the Asia Pacific Customer Service organisation across multiple business lines and products.

As the Customer Service Lead you will be in charge of delivering customer service excellence across the organisation and drive the improvement for customer service experience. This exciting opportunity will involve working with an array of external and internal stakeholders including Business Leaders, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing and
External Customers as well as leading and developing a large team of leaders and individual contributors. 

The successful candidate will be a proven leader in Customer Service working in a complex, multi product environment within large multinational companies. You will have broad experience within customer service including order to cash and developing strategies to support business goals. In addition, you will possess strong business acumen, people development skills and an ability to engage with a range of key cross functional stakeholders.
