An exciting role has come up with a renowned bank within the Group Finance team for a Finance Change Manager to cover Regulatory Capital Implementation. They across the Manager/Senior Manager level.
 
The role would mainly support the development of business requirements for regulatory capital platform to align with current and new regulatory requirements. You will manage projects for regulatory capital platform changes to handle new models and regulations.
 
The ideal candidate possesses at least 5-8 years (Manager) or 8-12 years (Senior Manager) of experience in Capital Management/Reporting, ideally with exposure to regulatory requirements within Basel and MAS standards. Prior project/change management experience preferable. Strong communication skills would be a pre-requisite due to the need to work alongside senior stakeholders.
