  • Candidates must have relevant transactional or credit/ portfolio management experience in project finance and/or leveraged finance

Responsibilities would include:
  • Support the Head in the growth and development of the Collateral & Portfolio Team
  • Oversee ongoing servicing of all loans and bonds assets under management eg. project / asset backed, corporate and mezzanine financings within the renewable energy, infrastructure and maritime sectors
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of assets originated and ongoing monitoring of existing AUMs
  • Review and approve waivers and amendments as permitted under respective collateral management mandates
  • Proactively identify and report potential adverse issues on a timely basis
  • Manage client requests as agreed in service agreements, and/or workflow / processes, in an accurate and timely manner
  • Take the lead in any restructuring and work-outs, in partnership with internal teams
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 12-15 years in banking, ideally with transactional or portfolio management experiences in project finance and/or leveraged finance
  • Familiarity and/or experience in Asia Pacific infrastructure project financing. Transaction experience and market knowledge beyond APAC region would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, motivated, and strong prioritisation capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior management and clients
