Job description

We are working with one of Australia's leading Wealth Management group, to secure an experienced Trade Settlements Administrator.


Key Information:

  • Contract role - initial 12 months 
  • Daily rate : $290 - $360 base per day (desired rate: $320 + super)
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in office | location - Hawthorn East VIC

About the role:

  • Timely and accurate processing and management of settlement instructions
  • Trade settlement reconciliations together with cash and asset positions
  • Demonstrates attention to detail & duty of care with their work
  • Volume processing with high quality & service
  • Promptly & professionally responding to internal & external queries
  • To develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Consistently complies with company policies & procedures
  • Understands the compliance obligations and their part in assuring high quality outcomes
 
 
About you:

  • Trade settlements experience in a custodial function or Wrap business highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical & time management skills
  • High level of MS Excel and Medium level of MS Word and Outlook
  • Data Entry Skills
