Joining a well established international corporate bank, this role is to provide excellent client service to fulfil all trade finance needs from corporate clients in Queensland.

Key Tasks
  • Undertaking complete process for overseas refinance transactions.
  • Deliver and process all functions of trade finance products and services such as collection, L/C, L/C advising, remittance, and refinancing.
  • Assist with client accounts and related business management such as account opening, funds transfer, AUD clearing, anti-money laundering, and client FX, etc.
  • Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and identifying client needs.
  • Comply with bank policies, controls and frameworks to minimise risks.
  • Ensure timely processing and follow-up of all assigned work in order of priority as set by departmental procedure.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Trade Finance.
  • Familiar with UCP600, ISP98, URR525, URDG758.
  • Knowledge of CDCS, CSDG, CITF, CTFC is highly desirable.
  • High level oral, written and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise workload.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office & SWIFT System.
