Our client is seeking to engage a Technical Business Analyst to join the team working on a massive implementation. With a target audience of more than 430k public sector employees this an extremely exciting opportunity.
Success of the project has a high dependency on upgrading and implementing a number of technology solutions and mapping supporting business processes and workflows.
Their work will include development and implementation of a new public sector facing notifications portal, changes to their Case Management System Resolve, data integration across platforms and changes to their public website.
 
To prepare for and support this work, our client is looking to engage an experienced Tech BA to work with the recently created project team.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Map future state workflows to support the new target operating model
    • Develop new business process maps
    • Capture and interpret detailed technical business requirements
    • Advise the project team on impacts, risks and issues associated with end state solution
    • Develop and manage a requirements traceability matrix
    • Collaborate with our internal ICT Team, business owners and vendors
    • Support development of E-2-E test cases
  • Must Have Experience/Essential Requirements:
    • Ideally, candidates will have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in business information, computer science, systems development, business management or a similar discipline
    • 5 years’ experience as a Tech BA including:
      • Capturing technical business requirement for technology projects
      • Business process mapping
      • Working on complex integrated ITC projects
    • NSW Govt experience ideally
    • Able to manage complex stakeholder relationships with business owners, project teams, internal ICT resources, vendors / integration partners.
    • Highly productive and autonomous
  • Nice to have:
    • Web portal development experience
    • Case Management System experience
