My client is a leading software solutions company who are hiring a Technical Architect to support them on a client implementation project for the next 6 months (possible extension).

Scope
  • Architect the customer-facing frontend for an AI-powered voicebot that listens and speaks to customers.
  • Design and implement integration between the voicebot UI and Zendesk workflows.
  • Work closely with backend/AI teams to connect LLM, and orchestration services.
  • Define technical architecture, frontend patterns, and performance standards.
  • Ensure a smooth, accessible, and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements
  • Proven technical architect with strong experience with Zendesk (APIs, ticketing flows, integration patterns).
  • Strong frontend engineering background, ideally including customer-facing applications.
  • Coding experience with Node.js plus familiarity with languages like Python, Java or similar.
  • Experience working with AI related technology projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate user experience needs into technical solutions.
  • Bilingual (Korean and English)
