My client is a leading manufacturing firm. We are looking for an Interim CHRO to support them on a 6-month assignment as they undergo a business change

Requirements
  • Proven experience as CHRO or Senior HR Director managing multiple global sites
  • Track record of leading across all HR functions, including Operations, talent acquisition, compliance and audit
  • Background of working as part of a senior management team across APAC.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing company would be highly beneficial
  • Self-driven with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience of hitting the ground running and working within an existing team and business environment
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would also be beneficial

 
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Singapore without sponsorship.
