A good opportunity has come up with a well-performing Investment Management firm for Tax Structuring/Advisory VP. This role will provide tax advisory to investment teams when exploring viability of opportunities and will be involved in Tax M&A and structuring matters. It is a high-profile role working with senior stakeholders and being an internal advisor to deals and opportunities.

The ideal candidate has at least 8-12 years of relevant experience covering tax, ideally with exposure to Tax M&A/Tax Structuring relating to investments, funds, private equity etc. You should possess an analytical mind and be able to recommend relevant solutions and help with execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills a pre-requisite due to the nature of the role.
