We are currently recruiting for a Strategy and planning lead to join a mulit-billion dollar organisation based in Sydney CBD. The role will work on several large scale multi-year projects including digital transformation and organisational design. While also taking ownership of the annual business strategy and planning process, including developing the overall business unit strategy and delivery road map. In this role you will need to use your critical thinking capability on complex issues and develop concise strategies to solve those issues.

Duties

  • Participate in the planning, development, implementation and management of strategic and business planning process in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Lead a variety of projects from the Business Plan to achieve strategic goals.
  • Critically think through complex issues and problems to develop clear and concise strategies and aligned communications that support the transformation of the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
  • Manage the development and coordination of the annual business strategy and planning process to assist identify, develop and deliver on objectives and targeted customer outcomes.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess opportunities, while being able to exercise judgement in the absence of precedent, to recommend actions.
