Our Client is a leading international bank, seeking a Senior ORM Officer at SVP level to implement and oversee operational risk processes pertaining to the Bank’s Trade & Cash Management OR Markets coverage. You will directly influence the bank’s business decisions and actively challenge past practices to minimise operational risk losses. 

You will:
  • Have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant working experience in a related discipline; a Master’s degree will be advantageous but not required
  • Operations and product knowledge across Trade & Cash Management, Securities Services or Financial markets is key
  • Be very comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders across all seniority levels and driving key business decisions
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate complex matters into layman terms
