  • Accounting / Advisory firm, permanent headcount based in Singapore
  • AD / Senior Manager equivalent  (8-12 years experience)  
  • Strategy & Transactions, knowledge of IT due diligence, carve out, integration & separation, pre and post-merger integration
 
Responsibilities would include: 
  • Reporting to Partner directly
  • Exclusively focused on supporting transactions from an IT perspective, working primarily with Private Equity and Corporate clients across all sectors
  • Executing deal mandates across strategy, due diligence, carve-out, integration and value creation & pre/post-deal transformation
  • Support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
  • IT and technology sector knowledge and work on projects across IT due diligence.
  • Manage projects and day-to-day solve problems together with the team and client.
  • Take ownership for Quality and Risk Management (Q&RM) to ensure client work is delivered consistently and in compliance with quality standards.
 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 8-10 years relevant IT M&A experience or IT / Technology experience in a large international company or (strategy) consulting/ professional services
  • Title open to Senior Manager or Director level (for exceptionally strong candidates)
  • Have a broad knowledge range across IT strategy and governance, data management, cloud technologies and enterprise architecture.
  • Ability to translate IT and technology experience in a transactions environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, family culture
  • Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skills to deal with all stakeholders
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Positive personality, presentable, with strong work ethics
