A leading bank in Singapore is looking for a Senior Manager, Custody Operations Control person to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of Custody, you will lead any control framework change to ensure standards are adhered to Bank policies and regulations. As the lead, you will act as a business advisory to promote best practices, be the key driver for any operational risk projects, including business continuity management. You will also lead a mid-sized team to oversee custody operations and control.
The ideal candidate comes with strong controls background in custody operations. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite to be able to work with key business stakeholders with regards to change and transformation work. A keen eye for detail and ability to identify any gaps in operational process.
