Drive sales excellence across – Price, Promotion, Assortment and Trade Terms to increase both volume and profitability
Introduce Analytics’ tools (e.g self-serve PowerBI dashboards) with the support of IT, Regional and Global VM teams to drive fact-based decision making
Partner the Regional & Global teams to champion the commercial excellence Framework including training cross-functional teams to ensure strong fundamentals and adoption of methodologies, processes and tools
Lead the execution excellence programme by linking strategy to execution and continuous improvement
Work with key stakeholders to diagnose sales capability gaps and identify key training programmes, tools, systems’ enhancements that can improve overall sales force effectiveness.
Candidate requirement:
Minimum Degree (Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent) with at least 10 years of working experience
Strong business acumen with astute insights of the consumer FMCG market landscape and dynamics
Able to engage, collaborate and influence across all levels in different functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and IT as well as the Region
Knowledge of Nielsen Answers will be advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc), analytics tools (Qilkview, Power BI etc) and salesforce systems (Distributor Management System, Salesforce.com etc)
