Our client who is a global Engine Manufacturing player is seeking an Executive Leadership role to be based in Singapore. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s overall strategy across P&L management, corporate governance and day-to-day operations of the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans to advance Company's growth.
Provide leadership and direction to management team to implement and attain the business objectives
Drive daily operations to consistently meet key performance targets
Establish a clear and compelling organisational vision, drive alignment with mission and long-term goals
Grow existing and develop new revenues stream to promote long-term sustainable growth and profitability for the organization.
Identify and drive M&A opportunities to grow the business.
Ensure that the organization and its missions, programmes, branding and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to the stakeholders.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong stakeholder management skills with prior experience in a JV
Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to successfully communicate strategy and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
Good executor with proven track-records.
Senior level management experience in the industry and in a listed Company is preferred.
Strong Corporate Finance and M&A experience.
Education & Experience:
Degree/Master in Business Management or related field or MBA.
Minimum 15 years of manufacturing experiences, preferably in automotive industry and with exposure to EV technology
At least 5 years in a Senior Leadership position
Knowledge or experience in diesel engine would be an advantage.
Bilingual in English and Chinese as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
