My client, an ASX listed Australian Energy business, is looking to recruit a Senior IT Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 15 months. The role will work in a centralised Project Delivery team to support the trading and shipping Program, leading on technology applications and business imperative initiatives.
 
You will be responsible for the full range of Project Management duties, including;
  • Project scoping, initiation and planning
  • Budget, scope and time management
  • Risk and issue management
  • Stakeholder management and business engagement
  • Vendor Management
You will form part of a close knit delivery team and be given exposure to some strategically imperative programs of work based both here in Australia and with the trading and shipping team in Singapore. You’ll work the ever popular hybrid model and split your working week between home and the office.
 
To secure this unique opportunity you will have worked on large IT application programs and be able to demonstrate extensive Project Management skills.  More importantly you will be able to talk through examples where you personally have shown support, flexibility and drive to execute and manage stakeholders effectively.  Previous knowledge and experience working with trading and shipping life cycles would be advantageous, but not essential.
