My client is an international law firm with a leading IP/Trademarks practice and is currently looking for a Senior IP paralegal to join their team in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparation and filing of Singapore and foreign applications for Patent and Trademark/Design, preparation and electronically filing PCT applications via ePCT.

You will also be responsible for reviewing written opinions/office actions from various Patent Offices, preparing and reporting the same to the client/applicant and ensuring compiance with formal requirements for specification for Patent applications / Drawings for Design applications.

The successful candidate should be a graduate with a basic degree with 5-10 years of experience working as an IP paralegal in Singapore.  You should be proficient in English (both oral and written) and work well in a team.
