You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administration and operations of syndicated loans where the bank acts as an agent, including activities such as drawdowns, rollovers, payments, and record maintenance in compliance with legal and internal policies. You will liaise with borrowers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to address operational queries, monitor covenants, manage audit confirmations, and ensure high service quality. The position also contributes subject matter expertise to process improvement initiatives.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years relevant experience in syndicated loan agency role with a bank. You will need to have a strong understanding of loan agreements and managing banking relationships. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite for the role, solution oriented approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an added advantage.
