Sales and training, these are hopefully things you enjoy, taking existing sales teams and making them better at what they do. This role is looking for someone to do just that for their teams across the APAC region. You will take responsibility for analysing the data, identifying the gaps and creating the content, not just delivering the stuff handed down from the global team with no consideration of the intricacies of the APAC market.
Where this role gets slightly complex is they have a range of products which have very different routes to market and very different sales processes which will keep you on your toes.

The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for:
  • Design, implement, and assess sales training programs aimed at enhancing sales competencies and managerial skills, with a focus on ongoing measurement and tracking of effectiveness.
  • Spearhead the digital education strategy, overseeing platforms, and collaborating with global and local education partners for content development, assignment, and reporting.
  • Integrate adult learning methodologies into sales training, creating interactive presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and exercises tailored to diverse learning preferences, while ensuring continuous improvement aligned with regional strategy.

The Sales Training Manager will be/have:
  • Degree Qualified
  • Relevant experience in sales and/or sales training role in the medical device industry
  • Strong comprehension of sales methodologies, strategic selling, negotiation techniques, and familiarity with CRM tools
