Our client who is a leading Chemical Manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager based in Selangor, Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for the national sales in Industrial Paints and Coatings sector. The ideal candidate should come with direct experience in distribution and channel management and direct B2B sales.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible managing distributors and customers, maintain existing business and identify new developments.
  • Receive orders, co-ordinate and administer customer service programs, handle customer complaints
  • Provide sales plan and sales projects to management.
  • Strategy - marketing and pricing strategies; business potential, competition's product/position. Assist the management with strategic business & product portfolio developments.
  • Forecasting and receivables.
  • Support technical team to provide technical service to customer.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Paints & Coatings
  • Ideal industrial knowledge in architectural / wood coatings / water based paints and coatings
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
