Responsibilities:
- Understand the Personal Care market well and continuous update customers requirements, market trends and developments
- Identify the appropriate product based on benefits that has a good positioning in the market and promote to the target segments.
- Ensure good customer service and timely feedback of quality issues
- Manage project developments to ensure new business growth; old customers new products, new customers with new or existing products.
- Manage distributors and lead distributor developing market
- Develop weekly customers visit plan and co-ordinate with appropriate Technical Service support where necessary.
- Compile visit report and monthly sales reporting
- Manage account receivables of the respective customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in related field would be preferred
- 5+ sales experience in personal care or related industry would be preferred;
- Good skills in English communication and Office software
- Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
